Sales & CRM

Give the pipeline back to your reps

Email-to-CRM pipelines, lead sourcing and outreach automation, and real-time incentive tracking — so revenue teams sell instead of re-typing data.

  • Fast email-to-CRM
  • No duplicate outreach
  • n8n-powered
  • CRM-agnostic

What we build

4 commitments, 1 senior bench.

Every sales and CRM build ships against the same four constraints — no exceptions for demos or deadlines.

01

CRM-native, not another tab

Automation writes into the CRM and email stack you already run — records land where reps work, not in a parallel tool nobody opens.

Proof layer Integration scoped and tested against your live CRM sandbox, not a mock.

02

No duplicate outreach, ever

Every sourcing and outreach run checks prior contact attempts before it enriches or emails a lead, so two reps never hit the same prospect.

Proof layer Contact-attempt ledger reviewable by your sales ops lead.

03

Automation with a human on send

Pipelines parse, enrich, and draft. Anything customer-facing that matters — pricing, escalations, key accounts — routes to a rep with full logging.

Proof layer Escalation rules and message logs your RevOps team can audit.

04

Senior engineers, weekly demos

A named senior lead owns the outcome. You see working automation on your data weekly, not a status deck monthly.

Proof layer Senior review on every merge; handoff-ready n8n workflows you own.

Where it pays back

The manual patterns we see in every sales team.

  1. Workflow · 01

Reps re-type emails into the CRM

Customer details sit in an inbox until someone copies them across by hand.

An email-to-CRM pipeline that parses and files itself

  2. Workflow · 02

    Lead research eats the morning

Reps hand-search for prospects and cold-email the same contact twice.

Sourcing, enrichment, and outreach on one automated run

  3. Workflow · 03

    Incentives tracked on paper

Monthly payouts reconstructed from receipts and a manager’s spreadsheet.

Scan-to-record tracking reps can see in real time

Use cases

Where revenue teams put us to work.

Eight workflows where sales automation pays back first — each scoped, deduplicated, and logged before it touches a prospect.

  • Email-to-CRM pipeline

Incoming customer emails parsed into structured CRM records automatically — contact, request, context — no copy-paste.

    Teams re-typing inbox data
  • Lead sourcing & enrichment

Prospects sourced from Apollo.io-class tools, Google Search, and Maps, then enriched with firmographics on one automated run.

    Reps losing mornings to research
  • Cold outreach automation

Personalized sequences drafted and sent with duplicate-contact checks before every send.

    Outbound teams scaling volume
  • Lead routing & assignment

New leads scored, deduplicated, and assigned to the right rep with an SLA timer attached.

    Pipelines where leads go stale
  • Nurture & follow-up sequences

Multi-touch nurturing that pauses the moment a prospect replies and hands the thread to a rep.

    Deals lost to missed follow-ups
  • Reminders & scheduling

Appointment reminders and meeting booking wired into the calendar and CRM so no-shows drop.

    Teams chasing confirmations by hand
  • Incentive & commission tracking

Scan-to-record incentive tracking reps can see in real time — no month-end spreadsheet archaeology.

    Payouts tracked on paper
  • Pipeline & client reporting

Pipeline health, outreach performance, and client insights on one dashboard your sales leader actually opens.

FAQ

The questions revenue leads ask first.

Straight answers before the first call. If yours is not here, ask it on the call — we answer the hard ones first.

Ask the hard one

What does an email-to-CRM pipeline actually do?

It reads incoming customer emails, extracts the structured fields your CRM needs (contact details, request, context), and writes the record in automatically — no manual copy-paste.

Will this duplicate outreach my reps already sent?

No. The system checks prior contact attempts before it enriches or emails a lead, so the same prospect is not contacted twice by different reps.

Are we locked into n8n or a specific CRM?

No. n8n is our default orchestration layer because it is easy to hand off and audit, but the build integrates with the CRM and email stack you already run.

How do you keep automated outreach from damaging sender reputation?

Volume caps, warmed sending domains, validation before send, and bounce monitoring are part of the build. Deliverability is a constraint we design against, not something we discover later.

Who owns the automations once they are live?

You do. Workflows, credentials, and data sit in your accounts, documented so your team can edit them without us.
