Commitments

Six commitments. Check them before you call.

Written into every engagement, not marketing you have to take on faith.

Written scope before work A specification with acceptance evidence, agreed before anything is built. Scope disputes start where specs end
A named engineer The senior who leads delivery is on the first call and in the proposal. No substitution after signing
Your repo, day 1 Code lives with you throughout, not delivered at the end. IP assigns on payment. 30-day exit, handover runbook included
Cost ceilings The monthly run cost is modelled and capped before launch, with alerts. Alert at 70% · halt at 100%
Evaluations, not demos Graded on your real cases before launch. Every caught failure becomes a permanent test. Pass threshold written into the spec
Governance built in Approval matrix, data boundary map, and an exportable audit trail, defined before code exists. NIST AI RMF aware, sized for mid-market

01

Logistics insights

Routing engines, WMS, and visibility platforms for operators and 3PLs. Real-time tracking, carrier integrations, and ML routing optimization.

  • Routing static across volatile fuel costs — Plans built Monday no longer pencil by Wednesday; margin disappears mid-route.
  • WMS and TMS speak different dialects — Inventory and transport ship blind to each other; cross-dock waits get expensive fast.
  • Carrier visibility gaps in last-mile — You see the truck leave, you see it deliver, you see nothing in between.

02

E-commerce insights

Shopify Plus, headless storefronts, OMS integrations, and conversion optimization. From sketch to scale with the same team across the arc.

  • Headless migration without breaking SEO — Replatforming loses the catalog rank you spent two years earning.
  • Inventory drift across channels — Shopify, Amazon, retail POS each tell a different story about the same SKU.
  • Checkout drops on slow PDPs — Page weight, third-party scripts, and image bloat cut conversion before the cart loads.

03

Financial services insights

Governed AI for mid-market lenders, brokers, advisors, and finance operations teams. Client comms agents, document processing, and reconciliation automation, with a human approval gate on every regulated decision.

  • Document chasing eats the week — Applications stall waiting on files nobody has time to request.
  • Audit trails built afterwards — Who decided what, reconstructed from email when someone asks.
  • Reconciliation is a person — Month end runs on a spreadsheet and one employee's memory.

The questions you were going to ask

Straight answers, before the first call. If yours isn't here, ask it on the call — we answer the hard ones first.

Ask the hard one

Where is your team, really?

Engineering is in Lahore, Pakistan. The company is a US-formed Wyoming LLC. That structure is why senior work costs what it does here, and we lead with it. 4+ hours of daily overlap is contractual, not best-effort.

Who does the work, versus who I meet on the call?

The same person. Pods are sold only behind a named senior engineer, on the first call.

Who owns the code?

You do, from day 1, IP assigns on payment. The evaluation set and architecture decisions are yours too.

What happens if this does not work out?

30 days notice on anything monthly, a handover runbook, code was in your repo the entire time.

Are you big enough for us?

Yes for a 50–500 person company running 1–3 AI workstreams. Not yet for an enterprise SOC 2 Type II vendor-risk gate — and we'll say so on the first call, not the fourth.

How it works

One process. Three ways to start.

The process we run on every engagement, and the three ways to begin one.

The process

  1. Acceptance evidence, written before code.

The specification names what the system must do, must never do, and what it may cost to run monthly — the fixed-scope agreement point.

  2. Senior review on every merge.

Nothing reaches main without a named senior engineer approving it. Architecture decisions are recorded in your repository.

  3. Graded on your real cases, not a demo.

50–200 graded cases from your own history, including the ugly ones. Every caught failure becomes a permanent regression case.

  4. Monitored, capped, handed over.

A hard monthly ceiling with alerts before you reach it. We run it on retainer, or your team does with a runbook and 2 training sessions.
