Curetrax is a Toronto-based, clinical-grade digital health platform built for allogeneic stem-cell transplant and CAR T-cell patients recovering from intensive blood cancer therapies. It's comprised of patient-facing mobile apps (CuretraxAllo and CuretraxCAR19) and a clinician dashboard ("Flightdeck" and "CuretraxDoc"), together forming a system for at-home recovery with real, continuous clinical oversight rather than a gap between hospital visits.
The core mechanism is 24/7 remote monitoring: patients wear Garmin devices that stream heart rate, oxygen, steps, and sleep data, supplement it with manual vitals reporting and daily symptom tracking, and get neurotoxicity screening through in-app assessments — all flowing into clinician dashboards with automated alerting when something needs attention.
