1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Techtiz platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Techtiz. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Techtiz is a web-based social media management platform that enables users to:

• Connect and manage multiple social media accounts, including TikTok accounts
• Create, schedule, and publish content to connected social media accounts
• Manage and organize social media content and campaigns
• Access analytics and insights related to social media performance

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

3. TikTok API Integration and Compliance

3.1 TikTok Account Connection and Authorization

When you choose to connect your TikTok account to Techtiz:

• You will be redirected to TikTok's official authorization interface to grant permission for Techtiz to access your TikTok account
• You must explicitly authorize Techtiz to access your TikTok account through TikTok's official OAuth flow
• Each user must connect their own TikTok account; account sharing between users is strictly prohibited
• You represent and warrant that you own or have the legal right to manage the TikTok account you connect
• You may revoke access to your TikTok account at any time through your TikTok account settings or Techtiz platform settings

3.2 TikTok API Usage and Permissions

Techtiz uses TikTok's official Developer Platform APIs in compliance with TikTok's API Terms of Service and Developer Policies. Our use of TikTok APIs is limited to:

• Accessing only the data and permissions explicitly authorized by you during the OAuth authorization process
• Using only the TikTok API scopes that you have granted permission for
• Accessing data solely for the purpose of providing the Service features you have requested
• Complying with all TikTok API rate limits and usage restrictions

3.3 Compliance with TikTok Policies

By using Techtiz to manage your TikTok account, you agree to:

• Comply with all TikTok Community Guidelines, Terms of Service, and applicable policies
• Ensure all content posted through Techtiz complies with TikTok's content policies and community standards
• Not use Techtiz to violate TikTok's terms, engage in spam, harassment, or any prohibited activities
• Not use Techtiz to automate actions that violate TikTok's automation policies
• Respect TikTok's intellectual property rights and the rights of other users

3.4 Prohibited TikTok API Usage

You are strictly prohibited from using Techtiz or the TikTok APIs to:

• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from TikTok in violation of TikTok's policies
• Engage in automated actions that violate TikTok's automation and bot policies
• Post content that violates TikTok Community Guidelines, including but not limited to: hate speech, harassment, misinformation, illegal content, or content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Manipulate engagement metrics, artificially inflate views, likes, or followers
• Access or attempt to access TikTok accounts or data without proper authorization
• Share TikTok account credentials or authorization tokens between users
• Use TikTok APIs in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair TikTok's services

3.5 TikTok Integration Terms and Relationship

Independence and Affiliation: Techtiz is an independent service provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok Inc. or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates. Techtiz operates independently and is not a partner, agent, or representative of TikTok. Any references to TikTok, TikTok logos, or TikTok trademarks are used solely for identification purposes and do not imply any affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship.

TikTok Terms of Service Compliance: Use of our Service in connection with TikTok requires your compliance with TikTok's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and all applicable TikTok policies. By connecting your TikTok account to Techtiz, you represent and warrant that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all TikTok terms and policies. You acknowledge that any violation of TikTok's Terms of Service or policies may result in the suspension or termination of your TikTok account, and Techtiz shall not be liable for any such consequences.

TikTok API Terms Compliance: Techtiz accesses TikTok data only as permitted by TikTok's API Terms of Service and Developer Policies. We strictly adhere to all TikTok API usage restrictions, rate limits, and data access permissions. Our access to your TikTok account and data is limited to the specific permissions you grant during the OAuth authorization process and is used solely for the purpose of providing the Service features you have requested.

Revocation of Access: You may revoke Techtiz's access to your TikTok account at any time through TikTok's account settings or through your Techtiz platform settings. To revoke access through TikTok, navigate to your TikTok account settings, locate the "Third-Party Apps" or "Connected Apps" section, and remove Techtiz from your authorized applications. Upon revocation, Techtiz will immediately cease accessing your TikTok account and will delete any cached authorization tokens. You may also disconnect your TikTok account directly through the Techtiz platform settings at any time.

Data Storage Limitations: Techtiz does not store the following types of data from TikTok:

• TikTok account passwords or login credentials
• Payment information, billing details, or financial data associated with your TikTok account
• Private messages, direct messages, or any private communications between TikTok users
• Personal identification information beyond what is necessary for account connection (such as full legal names, government IDs, or sensitive personal data)
• Biometric data or authentication tokens beyond the OAuth access tokens required for API functionality
• Location data beyond what is publicly available or necessary for content publishing features
• Any data that TikTok's API Terms explicitly prohibit from storage

We only store data that is necessary for the Service functionality, such as authorization tokens (OAuth tokens), content you create or schedule through our platform, and basic account information (such as username and profile information) required for content publishing and management features. All stored data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and TikTok's data usage requirements.

4. User Accounts and Responsibilities

4.1 Account Creation

To use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4.2 Account Security

You agree to:

• Maintain the security of your account password and any authentication tokens
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Not share your account credentials with any third party
• Not allow multiple users to access a single Techtiz account unless using a team or organization plan that explicitly permits multiple users

4.3 User Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all content that you create, upload, publish, or transmit through the Service ("User Content"). You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use and authorize Techtiz to use your User Content
• Your User Content does not violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights
• Your User Content complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and platform policies (including TikTok Community Guidelines)
• Your User Content is not defamatory, libelous, obscene, pornographic, abusive, or otherwise offensive

5. Content Ownership and Rights

5.1 Your Content

You retain all ownership rights to your User Content. Techtiz does not claim ownership of any content you create, upload, or publish through the Service. By using the Service, you grant Techtiz a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to:

• Store, process, and transmit your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service
• Access and use your connected social media accounts (including TikTok) only as authorized by you and only to perform the actions you explicitly request
• Display your User Content within the Service interface for your management and editing purposes

5.2 Content Publishing

Techtiz will only publish content to your connected social media accounts (including TikTok) when you explicitly authorize such publication through the Service interface. We will never publish content without your explicit permission. You have full control over when and what content is published to your accounts.

6. Data Access, Storage, and Deletion

6.1 Data Access

Techtiz accesses data from your connected social media accounts (including TikTok) only:

• To the extent necessary to provide the Service features you have requested
• Within the scope of permissions you have explicitly granted during the authorization process
• In compliance with the applicable platform's API terms and policies
• We do not access data beyond what is necessary for the Service functionality you use

6.2 Data Storage

We store your data, including content and account information, securely on our servers. Data is stored:

• For the duration necessary to provide the Service
• In accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws
• With appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access, disclosure, or destruction
• We do not share your data with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy or as required by law

6.3 Data Deletion

You have the right to request deletion of your data at any time. When you:

• Disconnect a social media account (including TikTok), we will delete the associated authorization tokens and cached data
• Delete your Techtiz account, we will delete all your account data, content, and associated information in accordance with our data retention policies
• Request data deletion, we will process your request within 30 days, subject to legal and operational requirements
• Some data may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as transaction records), as detailed in our Privacy Policy

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Engage in spam, harassment, or abusive behavior on any connected social media platform
• Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service, other accounts, computer systems, or networks
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the Service in violation of our terms or platform policies
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Service
• Resell, sublicense, or otherwise distribute the Service without our prior written consent
• Use the Service to violate TikTok's or any other platform's terms of service or community guidelines

8. Platform Abuse and Misuse Prevention

Techtiz is committed to preventing abuse and misuse of social media platforms, including TikTok. We implement measures to:

• Monitor for suspicious or abusive activity patterns
• Enforce rate limits and usage restrictions in compliance with platform API policies
• Detect and prevent automated abuse, spam, or policy violations
• Comply with all platform-specific abuse prevention requirements

If we detect activity that violates these Terms or platform policies, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice.

9. Service Availability and Modifications

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times or free from errors. We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time
• Perform maintenance that may temporarily interrupt Service availability
• Update features, functionality, or user interfaces
• Discontinue support for certain platforms or features

We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes to the Service, but are not obligated to do so.

10. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, functionality, design, and software, is owned by Techtiz and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

11. Termination

11.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at contact@techtiz.co or through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

11.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Violate any platform policies (including TikTok Community Guidelines or API Terms)
• Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Fail to pay any fees owed (if applicable)
• Use the Service in a manner that could harm us, other users, or third parties

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. We may delete your account data and content in accordance with our data retention policies. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

12. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

12.1 Service Provided "As Is"

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

12.2 Third-Party Platforms

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party platforms (including TikTok) or their APIs. Your use of third-party platforms through our Service is subject to those platforms' terms of service and policies. We are not liable for any issues, restrictions, or changes made by third-party platforms that affect the Service.

12.3 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TECHTIZ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Techtiz, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your use of the Service
• Your User Content
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights
• Your violation of any platform policies (including TikTok Community Guidelines or API Terms)

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by:

• Posting the updated Terms on this page with a new "Last Updated" date
• Sending an email notification to the address associated with your account (if applicable)
• Displaying a notice within the Service

Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Service and terminate your account.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Techtiz operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction, as applicable.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Techtiz regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
